適用範圍：

表（biǎo）麵（miàn）卷取複卷分切機適用於卷筒紙、塑（sù）膠（jiāo）片、鋁箔、PVC、塑料薄膜、無（wú）紡布、熔噴布、絕（jué）緣材料等包裝材料的分條（tiáo）複卷是對（duì）材料進行細小規格分（fèn）切的理想設備。

性能及特點 ：

1.放卷自動超聲波（bō）糾偏、采用無軸液壓上（shàng）下料，左右間距調節均由液壓完成，磁（cí）粉自動張力（lì）控製。

2.收卷由兩台矢（shǐ）量電機驅動與主機聯動控製中（zhōng）心卷取與表麵接觸並用，雙軸交（jiāo）叉收卷，永不

咬口。

3.主機傳動由變頻器控製，變頻電機驅動，加減速穩定快速（sù）。

4..並設（shè）有預置自動計米，計算卷（juàn）徑，報警停機等功能。

5.采用圓刀直刀縱切，分切盤麵整齊，廢邊自動排除。

6.整機由PLC觸摸屏人機界麵自動張力控製。

Scope of application

The surface coiling and rewinding slitting machine is suitable for the stripping and rewinding of packaging materials such as web, plastic sheet, aluminum foil, PVC, Non-woven fabric, meltblown fabric ,plastic film and insulating material. It is an ideal equipment for fine-cutting materials.

Performance and characteristics

1.The unwinding is automatically rectified by ultrasonic wave, and the shaftless hydraulic loading and unloading is adopted. The adjustment of the left and right spacing is completed by hydraulic pressure, and the magnetic powder is automatically controlled by tension.

2. The winding is driven by two vector motors and the main engine linkage control center is used for winding and surface contact, and the two-axis cross winding is performed, never biting.

3. The main drive is controlled by the inverter, driven by the variable frequency motor, and the acceleration and deceleration is stable and fast.

4. There are preset automatic meter counting, calculation of coil diameter, alarm shutdown and other functions.

5. Longitudinal cutting with a round knife, the cutting surface is neat, and the waste edge is automatically eliminated.

6. The whole machine is controlled by the automatic tension of the PLC touch screen man-machine interface.
