說明及（jí）特點（diǎn）:

1、該型分切機適合於分切PE、PP、PET,PVC等塑料薄（báo）膜（mó），複合（hé）膜， 

膜，彩印膜（mó）。是薄膜、薄片二次加工以及彩印包裝企業（yè）的理想機型。

2、整機由PLC集中控製（三矢量電機）並采用觸摸屏人（rén）機界麵對整機進行集中操作。

3、放卷采用（yòng）啟動刹車製動器，由PLC自動計算卷（juàn）徑實現自動漲力控製（zhì）。

4、牽引控製由一台矢量變頻電機驅動，實現恒線速度控製，並有（yǒu）xiao地隔斷收放卷張力之間的相互影響。

5、收卷軸采用氣漲軸（zhóu）收卷由二台矢（shǐ）量變頻電機獨（dú）立驅動，收卷張力控製，根據收卷（juàn）直徑，分切厚度，設定張力等參數，由（yóu）PLC運算實現自動張力遞（dì）增（zēng）。（可選（xuǎn）滑差氣漲（zhǎng）軸（zhóu））

6、收卷軸壓輥離合采用氣動裝置，壓力大小通過調壓閥控（kòng）製，（壓輥采用平（píng）推（tuī）式（shì））。

7、放（fàng）卷裝卸料采用氣漲軸裝卸料，氣動鎖緊，料卷氣動升降，裝卸料方便、效率高。

8、放卷EPC糾編裝置（zhì）搭配CCD影（yǐng）像傳感器，可準確控（kòng）製端麵精度。

9、分切采（cǎi）用直刀分切裝置，端麵整齊，有邊廢料風送。（紙張需購置圓刀分切裝置）

10、整機由同步帶（dài）、同步輪為傳動方式，執行與鎖緊采用（yòng）氣動方式

11、牽引導輥：靜平衡鋁（lǚ）合金導輥，表麵硬化處理 

12、係（xì）統具有（yǒu）啟動緩（huǎn）衝、停（tíng）車防鬆、計米定長，定速、卷徑運算等分切功能。

13、係統（tǒng）具有完（wán）善的機、電、氣一體化設計，並采用完備的（de）防護措施（shī）。

8.The unwinding EPC correction device is equipped with a CCD image sensor to accurately control the end face accuracy.
